Return Policy

Refunds will only be issued for products with a manufacturing defect or malfunction.

Damaged or Defective Products

If the customer receives items in poor condition or damaged during shipping, they have the right to submit a claim within 24 to 48 hours of receiving the order. The claim must be made in writing (via WhatsApp or Instagram) to BeautyBuffet, and a photo of the affected items must be attached.

BeautyBuffet will arrange collection of the defective products from the customer’s address and will replace them. Once the products are received and inspected at our facilities, we will process the refund for the amount paid at the time of purchase, taking into account any discounts or coupons applied.
Refund processing time: 10–14 calendar days.

Please note: If our quality control team finds that the product has been opened, the return will not be accepted. In that case, the customer will be responsible for the cost of returning the product from our facilities.

We are committed to providing a transparent and efficient return process to ensure our customers’ satisfaction.


Products That Do Not Meet Customer Expectations

Customers may return a product within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the date of delivery. After this period, BeautyBuffet is not obliged to accept the return.

Shipping costs for returns are the customer’s responsibility and must be paid directly to the courier at the time of collection.

The returned item must be properly packaged to ensure it remains in good condition during transit. Products must be in perfect condition, unopened, unused, and securely packed.
If BeautyBuffet receives a return that is damaged or does not meet these conditions, the return may be rejected.


Defective Products Under Warranty

Products that are defective or do not function as advertised and are still under warranty will be replaced at no cost to the customer by BeautyBuffet.

Electronic devices (e.g. electric nail drills, lamps, dust collectors, etc.) must be returned in their original packaging and must show no signs of use.
If the device is working properly or our technical team determines that the issue is due to misuse or overuse, the customer will be responsible for the collection and return shipping costs.
